Live4shoes is a family run business started in 2009, after years of interest in fashion footwear amongst family members sparked the desire to set up our own business selling quality footwear, combining our individual strengths to good effect.
Having grown up in a family who all at one time worked in the footwear industry, including myself, and living in a part of the country where shoes were made in numerous small factories within a 10 mile radius of our home, footwear is as they say, in our blood.
The explosion of the internet in the last few years has given us the opportunity to have our “shop window” viewed all around the country, (and around the world), without the crippling overheads suffered by retailers with shops in towns and cities, and the travel expense and parking problems faced by the buying public.
Looking at the few existing online retailers, we knew we could improve the shopping experience for the consumer in key ways, including:- easy navigation of the website, sharp accurate pictures of all products,( including a magnify option), a generous returns policy, and offering free UK first class postage as standard, not forgetting of course a large range of quality footwear to chose from at a keen price.
